We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, but we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly charge for Residents with pets. Can Residents pay their rent online? Absolutely! To access our current Resident portal in order to pay your rent or put in a maintenance request, view our Resident Information page. What school district is The Flats at Switch in? The Flats at Switch is served by Hamilton Southeastern Schools, which includes New Britton Elementary School, Riverside Junior High School, and Fishers High School. Can Residents break their lease? Yes. There is a charge of $3,000 in order to break the lease at any time, which can be lowered to $1,500 with a 60 day notice. Special circumstances apply to previous management company lease-holders, please contact our office for any questions. Does The Flats at Switch require a credit check? Yes, The Flats at Switch and all other J.C. Hart living communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process. Do you charge a fee to apply? Yes. A fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, background screening, and processing charges related to renting a new apartment. Do you offer special discounts for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C. Hart is pleased to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider, but we are currently unable to offer any special discounts. Does The Flats at Switch offer income-based housing?
