The Flats at Switch has floor plans ranging from 1 bedroom apartments to 2 bedroom apartments. Check out our apartments in person by scheduling a tour, or see our floor plan layouts.
The Flats at Switch welcomes your pets at our Fishers apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, but we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly fee for Residents with pets.

The Flats at Switch is served by Hamilton Southeastern Schools, which includes New Britton Elementary School, Riverside Junior High School, and Fishers High School.
Yes. There is a charge of $4,500 in order to break the lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 with a 60 day notice.
Yes, The Flats at Switch and all other J.C. Hart communities require a credit check to be run during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that goes to the application, background screening, and processing charges related to a new rental.

No, The Flats at Switch does not offer income-based housing.
No, The Flats at Switch does not allow our Residents to pre­pay their full lease. Rent must be paid monthly, on the first of each month.
